Baby’s First Mythos Book Cover

I’m so having kids just so I can be the dope-ass parent that reads them Baby’s First Mythos by C.J. Henderson. The book, according to Geek Parenting, helps your tykes out with their ABC’s and 123’s using characters and imagery from H.P. Lovecraft! Classic. Judging by the cover-art, I’d say Erica Henderson’s illustrations look pretty sweet too.

In my opinion, this is an idea whose time is long overdue. After all, parents, you can’t just introduce your toddlers to the ‘Necronomicon’ all at once. It takes time to acquaint them with the demonic forces- ever tempting them toward insanity- that writhe beneath the surface of their day to day existence…. baby-steps, people!
