My name is Myku and I’m an addict.
I’m addicted to art, music, mythology and blogging. Modern culture and society fascinate me and so do ancient cultures and societies.
I am American. I have been an active artist for 10 years. I lived in China for 4 years, 2 of those in a Buddhist temple. I speak pretty good Chinese and pretty lousy Spanish. I am currently a fine arts student at USC majoring in drawing.
I produce original artwork in a variety of mediums including prints, drawings and photographic manipulations. I accept work as an illustrator and graphic designer with a high-proficiency in Photoshop, a working-knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and basic web-design skills. I am also a very capable writer interested in a variety of subjects.
Feel free to contact me to commission or buy original artwork or to hire me for freelance design, illustration or writing work. I am also open to collaborations if they are mutually beneficial and/or exciting!
